In support of National Breast Cancer month of October, Emily and Menace discuss ways that both women and men should not neglect the breasts. For cancer prevention, women must self-check for lumps and get regular mammograms. Men should also focus on the breasts, in order to enhance women’s sexual pleasure. With Emily’s appropriate methods, perhaps a nipple orgasm can be achieved.
Emily addresses listener emails, including a married man considering a Friends With Benefits (FWB) situation to address the lack of sexual satisfaction with his wife. Emily advises against straying, encouraging him to bring old school romanticism back into his relationship. Another listener is concerned about his wife’s gag reflex when it comes to giving him oral sex.

You know maybe this is American: But what I find really weird:
You obviously talk very open about sex.
But you seem really what to call it hmm… maybe conservative when it comes to your own bodies. Especially Menace does not seem comfortable at all.
Like when Emily asked him if he looked at the breasts of his coworker when she was showing around pictures in the office.
Or when Emily asked him if he would look at her breasts he answered “Probabyl not”. If I would be Emily I would be offended. Like why wouldn’t he look at her breasts? Does he think they are ugly? Totally weird.
Or when Emily was touching her breasts to compare which one is bigger. Menace was also acting weird.
I don’t get it. I think Menace should be loosen up a little and maybe visit some nude beaches?
Anyway Menace Menace should touch Emily’s breasts on the show and compare which one is bigger
